Took 2 preg test on mon both positive took a blood one yest and showed pos with HCG being 52 the ultrasound showed nothing and my pelvic exam showed closed cervix and uterus thick. am i preg?

You have a positive pregnancy test, so you're most likely pregnant.

The quantitative level is 52, so it's either very early in your pregnancy, or very late in the process of a miscarriage. It is normal that ultrasound would not show anything with a level of 52; if you are pregnant, there is not likely to be anything on ultrasound until the level is 1500 or 2000.

The cervix is closed - that's normal. I have no ideas what "uterus thick" might mean; if you'd like to know, contact your health care provider for clarification, as I think you may have misunderstood the words or the context.

To sum up: if you're pregnant, you just got pregnant in the last few days. The picture will become clearer soon. You have spent hundreds of dollars on bloodwork, ultrasound, and exam but it's far too early to determine what's going on, and, in any case, all of that testing has no effect on decisions about your health care.
