Trying to install plumbing on a dbl kitchen sink using PVC pipes tried various types of washers can't seem to stop leaks in all places. Help please?

PVC is pure garbage and is known for creating stoppages (short radius fittings) very noisy systems and hard to stop leaks on threaded connections Even using Teflon tape is a hit and miss with these cheap fittings
Try Lamp wick (NOT Quick wick) possibly it may help for a while
