You could call the Soft Surroundings customer care hotline at 1-800-240-7076. It is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. CST, and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. You can also chat with them live on their website (under the Customer Care link in the upper left-hand corner of the main page) or email them using a form.
