You are probably thinking about the two witnesses (Revelation 11), however the word does not state they were not born. They are Elijah and Moses who were both born of woman historically (Matthew 17)

In Genesis, it was written that Enoch was taken away by God[1] and the significance of this is described in Hebrews that "by faith Enoch was taken up so that he did not see death"[2].
The Bible describes Elijah as being taken away to Heaven in a chariot of fire [3] and Malachi describes that he will return before the end times [4].
