The original Buddha was from India, but many of the Dravidians and indigenous people had dark complexion. Black doesn't mean African. There are many black all over the world but they are not African. The Buddha was most likely black not Indo-European.

Who created Buddhism man or god?

The Buddha did not claim to be God, a relative of God or a messenger or prophet of God. To Buddhists, the fact that he did not make such an assertion is yet another wonderful thing about Buddhism. The Buddha is often regarded as being a human being throughout his lifetime, but the Tipitika contradicts this. Shortly after his enlightenment, a passerby saw him walking peacefully. The man was so impressed by the Buddha's clear, peaceful and brilliant countenance that he asked the Buddha if he was a man or a god. The Buddha replied that he was neither, he was a Buddha (an awakened one).So the short answer to your question, is: neither. Buddhism was created by the Buddha.
