Mr. Soetoro was an educated man with a Master's degree in Geography, who seemed completely fine with his step-son Barack attending a Catholic school in Indonesia, and then a public school. Barack Obama has said that his step-father did not impose religion on him, and mainly taught him about Indonesian culture, food, and language.
