yes before the federal goverement banned it
Let's hope so ;)
When the government is so high on drugs they don't even know what they are doing
In the US, marijuana was criminalized by the federal government in the 1937.
im just gonna say i think they should before i answer .... anyway its because the US government cant tax it for some reason (other countries can tax it ) . And if they do start to sell it it will apparently cost the healthcare money
This question cant really have a true answer. Its not known if the US will even legalize it. They might Decriminalize it which is different from Legalizing it, but its not really known when that day might come.
Overgrowing The Government
Yes, if marijuana sales were controlled and regulated by the US government and sold through the US Government our economy would reap the benefits of a harmless, earthly drug. Nonetheless this involves general intelligence from our government...
Nobody has the right to suicide according to the Supreme Court. And in prisons, the guards make major efforts to avoid such activity. The State of Oregon allows physician assisted suicide but the federal government bars the practice. It is similar to states that legalize marijuana, despite a federal ban.
If marijuana was legalized, it would help the US economy, as the government would be able to start taxing it like they do tabacco and alcohol.
marijuana, or cannabis, did not enter the U.S. it is a naturally found herb. the government prohibited the use of marijuana in an attempt get rid of Mexicans which used marijuana in their everyday lives. however this attempt failed and the prohibition was never lifted.
Yes it has
they helped our Canadian government! :)
He is not totally against trying legalize marijuana, they just can really control where it's being grown right now so that's why it's difficult to pass the law just yet.
