∙ 12y agoI'm not exactly sure. But I think it has to be somewhere I'm the 1900s because they have cameras, trains and snowmobiles(in naruto movie 1) and they have lightbulbs and toilets.

He had used all of his chakra, and had weakened himself greatly. Right before he died, he told Naruto to bring peace in the world someday.
