∙ 16y agoIt was not a war. It was a Conflict, just like Viet Nam and now Iraq. I was there. It was never declared a war by Congress. A U.S. President can not declare war on a country. It takes an act of Congress. The only way Korea was actually a war is that men on both sides killed each other.
