If you are on municipal sewer, you have a stoppage.

If you are on a septic system, it could be one of several problems. It could be a stoppage, or a septic tank full of solids. Stoppages can be cleared, and you can get your tank pumped. If it's a saturated drainfield, it could be from excess rain (do you live in Central Florida?), or it could be the drainfield is in need of replacement, which is expensive.
