It's the coolant control valve for the heater core that's leaking. It's under more pressure when the engine is running and that why the leak is more noticable.
$75 it has a computer sensor inside A locksmith told me that if I got a key from a junked Catera, he could reprogram the chip inside and make a new key for $25.
"chube la catera" makes no sense to me,but here is a possibility chupo tu cadera = i lick your hips......but im not sure can you rephrase your question so i can help you?
The problem is in the controler. TAke it to the dealer. The problem is likely one of the 5 actuators under the dash. There is one for the passenger and one for the drivers side. When you move the temp setting, you should hear them moving. If not, one may need adjusting or replacing.
You need to change the K134 Multifunction Relay module: I found the Multifunction Module under the IP. It is factory part number 90494163 and is around $85 plus tax at the dealer.Very ez to install yourself: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/cadillac-catera-cimarron-forum/120481-catera-radio-problems.html
if ita a catera its a bad relay for the stero. very common in the cateras
On the passenger side, under the dash.
passenger side front wheel well
Behind the intake plenum on the passenger side.
you pull the hood latch middle passenger side front
passenger side rear of the car forward of the fueltank
Facing the car it is on the passenger side under the car after the cataylic converter
passenger side is 123 from front to back and 246 front to back on driver side
To replace the valve cover, you will need to break the gasket and the o-rings. The gasket prevents oil from leaking.
Behind the passenger rear axle by the fuel tank very easy fix
unless you are mechanically inclined, you dont want to mess with it. It is under the front, passenger side of motor....alot of disassembling!!!
Pressure test system to determine where leak originates to repair Water Control Valve, on pass. side behind engine.
