The main driver behind weight loss and weight gain is calories eaten vs calories used up.

If you eat more calories than you use, you will gain weight.

If you eat less than you use, you will lose weight.

I'm not saying it is easy, but it is that simple.

There is nothing magical or even particularly helpful about grapes as such.

It's all down to sticking within the calorie budget.

If you trade a 450 calorie cupcake for 100 calories worth of grapes, then, sure the grapes will "help".

Not b/c they are grapes, but b/c you are eating fewer calories, and, maybe through that, staying within your calorie budget.

But if you are still over your calorie budget, then you won't lose weight. Grapes or not.

That depends if it is a complementary sustenance or a a full diet concentrating on grape fruit alone. I suggest you complement your diet with low cal and low fat diet, less meat and more vegetables and fruits. Eat oatmeal, bran, and whole wheat bread. Add weight loss exercise to the diet plan and you'll have a successful program.

I think If you eat only fruits like the famous Steve Jobs, you will probably have some disorder stomach problems maybe you could add a lot of fruits to a diet plan adapted ! Your daily food will contain too much sugar, because you shouldn't forget fruits are composed principally with sugar.

If you really want to eat a lot of fruit don t eat too much bananas because bananas are full of sugar, this is the most energy fruit.

With this kind of diet (only with fruit) you will put you off quickly, so believe me add some vegetables and meat!
