The Wii Number (also known as a Friend Code) can be found on your Address Book on the Wii Message Board.
1. Click the message icon on the Wii Menu
2. Click Create Message

3. Click the Address Book
-The Wii Number is displayed on the Address Book cover

I don't think games have serial numbers.
The serial number is on the bottom of the Wii. It's also on the bottom of the box the Wii comes in.
Not all Wii games have a serial number, however those that do will have a separate index card inside the case where the game booklet is kept. This will have a clearly labeled code such as TW10815298.
