first you need the national pokedex by completing sinnoh [you don't need manaphy] the rowan will give you a poke radar next use it on the top of jubilife or on the right this may take a while but it is well worth it

Heres a more better and specific question. First go to route 203.then keep going forword till you see a youngster next to (on your left) 3 patches of grass. Have to use a pokeradar. It takes some time but be patient.You can only catch ralts if you received the national dex.The levels ralts is most likely to be is 4-5-6. Hope this improves the answers on top. :)
the best way to catch a ralts is using a quick ball or a dusk ball at night
