Were is the ECM located on a 95 Wrangler 2.5 liter 4 cylinder Jeep and can you swap it with a 4.0 liter ECM performance chip?

It is in front of your left Knee cap only under the hood as you sit in the drivers seat. It is located behind the Windsheils washer reservior on the firewall. And no the PCM or computer is Engine specfic and not interchangeable.
