Unless there is a work policy prohibiting it, I doubt there is a woman who doesn't love the idea of everyone knowing that she has someone special. All the other women come by and look at her desk in jealousy because she is special. They Love it, what they love even more is when you send flowers on a day other then valentines day and just totally surprise them. Valentines day is sort of expected, but it's the unexpected that tells them how much you really care. Good luck!
