What 'natural foods' are low in carbohydrates?

Many kinds of fish, beef, chicken or other poultry are atop the list. you can be like 100% of other dieters, though, and consult any Atkins food manual, or subway commercial.

Most meats (not liver) and "A" type vegetables. This is an term not used by the diabetic association anymore, but they include such things as lettuce (not carrots) cabbage, green beans and non starchy vegetables. Use the 'glycemic index'. The South Beach Diet book has a glycemic index list with ratings of many foods. I think it is a great diet.
