Is Dark Link in The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks?
Actually yes, first, finish the game, then go to castle town, next go in the bottom right building. talk to the lady there and you will be asked to fight a bunch of enemies with no healing hearts or anything like that (i just bring 2 health potions) and there are 3 levels (for more info, google it). at the end of the 3rd level you will be given 9 heart healing things (which i thought we weren't getting but whatever) and there you are faced against him (to defeat him take the bombs he throws at you and throw them at him, make shure they hit him).
