Many people call the term "Jungle Fever" racist and offensive. It is used as slang to characterize the attraction of a Caucasian person to an African-American, and commonly in the porno industry. "Reverse Jungle Fever" would then be slang for attraction of an African-American person to a person of another ethnic background, most often Caucasians. Referring to interracial relationships in this way is considered racist discrimination, prejudice, bigotry, intolerance, bias, and xenophobia...i.e., not good, because of the bigoted subtext implying that African-Americans can be generalized as jungle natives or as primitive or inferior beings. Do not use these terms.
