He was the only President who served 2 terms not consecutively and counted as President twice. The city of Cleveland was named after one of his relatives, General Moses Cleveland. He married a woman half his age, Frances Folsom. He was 49 and she was 21. They had a long lasting marriage.
The 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution stipulates that no person who has served more than six years as President is eligible for re-election. Not sure what you mean by "being the president twice" - but a President who has served two full terms (8 years) would not be eligible to run again.
