Keep you sights on 3.8 and above and a 2100 or better. But don't confuse Cal States and UCs they're two separate public university systems, UCs are much harder to get into then Cal States. Berkeley's a UC, Northridge is a Cal State, you can get in to a Cal State with a 3.0 or less, especially if your a CA resident.

2.0 but thats just apply. Possibly accepted if living in LA County 2.4 and up. Not living 2.8 and up. If your from LA county above a 2.7 and up your chances are probably good. Anything above 3.0 I'm sure you can get in.
