∙ 12y agoIt is extremely difficult to get accepted to Georgetown, especially when you live in the area. When you live farther away it's easier to become accepted since the college wants more diversity. Also Georgetown receives a variety of applicants. Remember, if you apply you are competing against the top students across the country. The university accepts roughly 22% of its applicants and admission is highly based on the SAT; some exceptions always occur but it is very rare.
