What Impact does Langston Hughes have in society?
Langston Hughes was a vocal American poet and civil rights advocate in the 1920s. He had a rich and diverse genealogy of ancestors from Africa, Scotland, France and some Jewish European countries at the time. He wrote dozens of poems and works, many were quite compelling for the time(s). Other than his more famous poems, one which is a light and good dip into his style is "Dinner Guest: Me".
