That would be hard to say as there are only about 15% of men that are circumcised.that would indicate that definitely Les then 15 % prefer it otherwise they would have it done to their children. instead they prefer not to mutilate their children Add to this the point that most women who have experienced both prefer the intact penis. this is also backed up by medical experimentation and simple common sense. So the preference would have to be among a very small minority as most omen that are stuck with the circumcised penis are Muslim and the penalty for experiencing a non circumcised penis for a Muslim is in some cases death.
