No, there is not a legendary Pokemon in the Ruins of Alph. The only Pokemon that appear in the Ruins of Alph are the Unown. The Unown, however, are not legendary Pokemon. You can move around tiles in a puzzle to create the image of a legendary Pokemon, though.

∙ 13y agoexit violet city on the the top left exit. then go until you see a green building at the bottom of your top screen. then go into the building[you can not exactly see the entrance] then go out the other side of the building and your at the ruins of alph.

∙ 12y agoYes the legendary Pokemon is would be ,dialga,palkia ceus.and giritina.( Go into the house and a guy will pop out and take you to them, but you have to have an arceus.
