Not originally, but in the Special Edition he is.
Towards the end, there is a montage of different planets celebrating the fall of the empire. When they show Naboo, listen closely and look on top of the building directly in front of the camera. It is quite small, but you may be able to see him jumping up and down on the roof saying "Weesa Free!"

∙ 14y agoWell actually, in the 1983 edition of "Return of the Jedi," Anakin was played by Sebastian Shaw. But then in the 2004 edited edition, at the end of the film when we see Anakin, Obi-Wan and Yoda's ghosts, Sebastian Shaw's head was replaced by Hayden Christensen. But Shaw's body remained. So originally, no.
