Bluetooth and WiFi both work on wireless network but there are major difference between both of them. The Bluetooth is very beneficial for transferring data between two or more devices but it typically operates on weaker signals. It may only connect with the device which is near to it. It is best suited to low-bandwidth applications like transferring sound data or byte data with hand-held computers.
On the other hand Wi-Fi is operates at better suited stronger signal for operating full scale networks because it enables a faster connection.
One is that both operate in the 2.4GHz UHF band used for unlicensed low power transmitters (and "microwave" cookers). All of these devices can possibly interfere with each other, preventing proper operation. It requires some very clever design ideas to permit successful operation of large numbers of potentially conflicting devices all in this one narrow frequency band.
The main advantage of Bluetooth technology is that it requires no cables or wires. The main disadvantage of Bluetooth technology is that it lowers the battery life of the device considerably.
Bluetooth and WiFi have two different functions...Bluetooth is for wireless connections to headphones, mice, keyboards etc. WiFi is for wireless connection to the internet.
bluetooth is more unique for shorter distances and is safer as you need password to connect with someones bluetooth conection.
wifi is a wap (wireless access point (used for internet)) bluetooth is a data conecction (used 4 sending data)
WiFi is the signal used to produce a WLAN, LAN or WAN. Also is a Full Duplex transmission Bluetooth is the signal used to communicate solely between two devices and is only a Single Duplex Transmission
Yes, they have wifi and also are fully Bluetooth ready.
what is a wireless g card with bluetooth?
I think they are improperly marketing Bluetooth capability as Wifi.
Wifi, 4G, and Bluetooth.
the first has wifi and the second does not.
You can exchange data between two systems but not files. Files can be transferred using WiFi or Bluetooth.
The most basic difference between broadband and wifi is that the broadband must be connected while wifi is wireless. Some broadbands could be wireless as well but they most then be connected by a router.
Yes.
Mifi is portable wifi
Bluetooth and WiFi are the two most dominant wireless technologies to choose from for personal connection. (I'll assume you PDA is not a cellular phone) If you don't want to use WiFi, then Bluetooth is really your only option. You can setup your Computer which also must have Bluetooth as a Bluetooth modem. You can then connect from your PDA to your Computer via the Bluetooth connection and to the internet. This however will be significantly slower than WiFi and the distance you can travel form your computer will be short.
