What affects do you see if you start weight training when you are too young?
stunted growth can be one of the affects
This would depend on how young you are. I've been weight training since i was about 13 and havn't encountered any serious problems. As long as you have perfect form and don't lift heavy weights. I would recommend using a moderate amount of weight that you can do for about 12-14 reps if you are young and first starting out
There is no evidence that weight lifting stunts growth. In fact, bones can become stronger from the exercise. Science has proved that weight training will not stunt your growth even if you start at as young as 10 years old. The real danger is if your not supervised and have bad form injuries may occur.

If you are asking if 21 is too old to start training as a doctor, the answer is no. The oldest person I knew was a woman who started her college training at the age of 34having married young, had three children AND recovered from a hemorrhagic stroke.
Train ferrets as soon as they are weaned from their mother ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ferrets should not be taken from their mother until they are 12 weeks old and training can start once they are settled in to their new home, start training a few minutes at first and increasing a little at a time, too much time spent on training and they will loose interest, you have to make all tasks fun for them
You should start lifting weights the moment you make a commitment to a healthier, stronger, and more rewarding life. The earlier you start, the better off you are. Of course, you should not start a new diet or exercise program without first consulting your doctor, particularly if you have any medical conditions. For younger people (pre-adolescent), weight training can help maintain a healthy body composition by staving off fat accumulation. At this age, weight training…
