After your cat stop growing!
Bengals are a large breed of cat, and should continue growing for a few months to a year.
You really cant unless your cat is as big as it can go.

Well, I have a male Bengal, he is around a year and one month. He is continuing to grow, and because he eats so much (and runs and plays, like Bengals do) they may keep growing until they hit two years.
A male cat is capable of impregnating at 5-8 months of age
Generally, a cat is considered an adult at one year of age. However, it is not uncommon for them to continue growing until 2 or 3 years of age.
After being spayed he should stop spraying because he is no longer producing hormones . Just be patient and refer your question to a professional such as your veterinarian and follow his advice .Male cats spray to mark their surroundings (territory/home, etc.). The annoying odor is due to the hormones in the cat's urine. If a cat is neutered before maturity (usually 7-9 months of age), there is little likelihood that a male will have the "urge" to spray due to the lack of this hormone.
This will vary depending upon the size of the cat, whether or not the cat was neutered and at what age the cat was neutered. The most specific answer I can give is, a male cat can pass any stone that is smaller in presenting diameter than the diameter of the urethra.
A male cat is called a Tom cat.
Generally cats stop growing at 12 months. Some cats however donβt stop growing until about 18 months, but from 12 months to 18 months, the cats growth speeds down. some even take up to 2 years, again with the growth speed slowing down, never as quick as the age of 0-12 months.
