A girl is not supposed to wear the burqa until she reaches puberty however many younger girls do wear it early in order to get used to it.

Burqa- A long, tent-like garment, which the Taliban have decreed women must wear whenever they go outside. It covers them completely and even has a narrow mesh screen over the eyes.

Rules regarding Muslim women's (and men's) attire are derived from the Quran, Islam's revealed text, and the traditions (hadith) of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). In the Quran, God states: "Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty...And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and adornments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers...(a list of exceptions)" [Chapter 24, verses 30-31] Also, "O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons...that they should be known and not molested." [Chapter 33, verse 59] In general, girls are required to wear hijab at puberty, and throughout the rest of their lives, whenever they are in the company of males who are not their mahrems. A mahrem is a male so closely related that the girl/woman could never marry him. It is not a religion requirement for Muslim women to cover their faces. It is a tradition that neither Islam allows nor forbids. Accordingly, it depends on the country practices and traditions. Refer to question below.

Depends! It does not say in the Qur'an itself. People have other historical sources that they reference in regard to Islamic dress and headscarves, but many sources contradict one another so there is no uniform Islamic consensus on this issue. Very conservative Indonesians will dress toddlers in headscarves. In the Arab states, it's common to start wearing a scarf at the onset of puberty. In Turkey and Tunisia, many women never wear a scarf, and scarves are banned in schools and public institutions.

There is no age for this practice. The belief that the face should be covered is a minority view present in few Muslim cultures. The act of face covering is more cultural rhan religious, though some believe its religious. For those of that view, no specific age is deemed. Generally, Muslim women begin wearing hijab (head scarf that doesnt cover the face) at the start of puberty (many later as well), so for those who believe in face covering, that would also start at puberty.

She should wear the hijab from the time being at puberty or little bit earlier to used to wearing it especially if she looks sexy at earlier age.

In Islam, all individuals become responsible and accountable for their behavior at the age of puberty. The Islamic teachings about modest dress apply to any person, male or female, at that time.

Islamic teachings on this subject are based on the Qur'an, and on the specific sayings/traditions of the Prophet Muhammad, known as the hadith. In one often-cited tradition, it is reported that a young woman visited Muhammad's wife Aisha while she was wearing see-through clothing. Muhammad averted his eyes and told her, "After a young woman reaches the age of puberty, nothing should be seen of her except this and this," motioning to his face and hands. Therefore, it is expected at this age for Muslim girls to adapt more modest styles of dress that do not expose too much.

Even before the age of puberty, many girls become accustomed to these values of modesty.

It is becoming more common for families to leave the decision about hijab up to the young woman herself. They may try to educate her about her Islamic responsibilities, but ultimately they allow her to make the choice when she fully understands and feels ready to commit to the decision.

It is important to note that Islamic values of modesty apply to both men and women, and that the responsibility for making good choices in this regard falls on boys and girls equally.
