Southwest Airlines flies from JFK airport. Delta and American Airlines fly more often from the JFK International airport, however. This is because they are based closer to the Northeast.

American Airlines' and American Eagles' (AA domestic division) fly primarily out of and into terminal 8 at JFK. Please though, if you're picking someone up, double check what terminal you need to go to.
Delta operate out of Terminals 2 and 3 at JFK.
