Academic preparation is an AP course. AP stands for Advanced Placement. I can give an example if that would help. There are many AP courses including AP Calculus and AP Chemistry. Usually these courses are offered by High schools to gives the students college credit. A student who successfully completed AP calculus at high school does not have to take all calculus courses at a college. By Edward

There are several websites that provide online AP Chemistry courses. A couple of these sites include ChemAdvantage, NCSSM Online, and Surrey Connect.
Yes. Most colleges love to see students challenge themselves with AP courses. A pre law major would probably want to take many social studies courses, as well as other academic subjects to be well rounded. So your course choices are excellent. My only suggestion, which is biased, would be to take AP English Language instead of AP Literature. AP Language offers more useful information, and will help you write even better scholarship and entrance essays!
The two courses cover similar curriculum, however AP courses go in more depth on most topics and even explore other topics that would be left out of Regent's level courses.
On a 4 point scale i had a 3.45. On the weighted scale i had a 4.5, I took nothing but pre-ap and AP courses.
