What are the injuries that katniss and Peeta get in chapter 12?

She's injured a LOT.

In 'The Hunger Games', Katniss is first burned by the forest fire, and then stung by the tracker jackers. Later, she crashes onto the ground, injuring herself, and loses her hearing in her left(?) ear from the explosion that destroys the Careers' supplies. After she pairs up with Peeta, she goes to the Feast alone to get his medicine, and is attacked by Clove, who cuts Katniss. Katniss passes out when she reaches Peeta because of blood-loss.

In 'Catching Fire', Katniss gets whipped across her face and she loses vision. After she recovers, Katniss goes Into the Woods but when she wants to go back home, she finds the electric fence is on. She has to jump over the fence to get into District 12, and bruises her tailbone and sprains her ankle doing so.

In the second arena, Katniss comes across some poisonous fog, which attacks her nerves and nearly kills her. Later on in the games, Katniss is walking through the jungle when one of her allies, Johanna, knocks Katniss to the ground and cuts the tracker out of her arm. She gets up and manages to make her way back to the Lightning Tree, losing a lot of blood from her arm. When she reaches the tree, she realises that her alliance was trying to break free, and shoots an arrow through the force-field surrounding the arena, causing it to explode. She passes out, either from blood-loss or the exploding force-field.

She is injured a lot more in 'Mockingjay' too. When she's sent to District 8 to film some propos, she is caught in a bombing. She isn't seriously injured, though. But when she is reunited with Peeta, since he was captured by the Capitol at the end of 'Catching Fire', he attempts to strangle her. Katniss is put into hospital and is explained to that Peeta had been brainwashed by the Capitol, and they made him believe that Katniss was an enemy and needed to be killed. Katniss recovers and is sent to District 2. There she is shot on TV by a peacekeeper. Again, she is put in hospital. Luckily Katniss was wearing armour so she didn't die, but her ribs were badly bruised and breathing was difficult. Later, Katniss is informed that soldiers would soon be sent into the Capitol, so she trains and leaves with her squad to go there. She reaches President Snow's mansion, but is caught in the middle of another attack, this time from the rebels. Bombs drop and set Katniss on fire. She is held in the Capitol hospital, where she is treated for the burns.

I think that must be all of Katniss's injuries! Of course, these are just physical ones. She is depressed through out Mockingjay, and suicidal at one point nearing the end. Katniss never fully recovers from her depression. Even in the epilogue, she is mentioned to sometimes have 'bad mornings' where she can't feel happy at all because she believes that it will be taken away from her.

Peeta has a deeply cut leg wound, due to Cato slashing it with a sword in anger of Peeta letting Katniss run away. It has become infected from when he disguised himself in the river bank and is 'oozing both pus and blood'. He also has contracted a fever. He has 5 tracker-jacker stings from where Katniss dropped the nest on the Careers: one under his ear, one on his leg and 3 on his torso. He has burns (but I can't remember how he got these?). This is the extent of Peeta's injuries. Katniss doesn't have any harsh injuries, Rue treated her tracker-jacker stings when they allied, and Haymitch sent Katniss the burn lotion for her leg.
