I have been a LPN in TN for two years. I would like to know where they are making $22.60/hr!! I have two jobs... At the hospital I make $12.58/hr (including the rate increase for 2yrs experience) and Private Duty I make $16.50/hr which is the highest paying job in my area for a LPN! The RNs at the hospital where I work dont even start out at $22.60/hr.
