How do you make a lot of money on HorseIsle?

First off, it won't be an overnight process. It requires a lot of hard work, but there are lots of ways to earn money. If you are a subscribed member, it will be a LOT easier to earn money.

Selling Game Tokens

If you yourself are a subscribed member, you can sell game tokens: Subs, Horse tokens, club tokens. Month subs are the least expensive game token, while year sub tokens may be able to be sold for more if you can find a buyer. Horse tokens are worth slightly more than month sub tokens. Club tokens are less popular but can be sold for large sums of money (but cost you $80).

Quests and Minigames

This is probably the most common suggestion you will hear. There are lots of guides out there (one is in the Related Links section below) that have guides to walk you through quests and minigames so you can get through them swiftly. They usually pay fairly well and will bring you a good amount of money.

Gather Items to Sell

This may sound like it won't work.. but it does. Gather as many items as you possibly can, and then sell them. NarrowTon general store pays most for the items you can sell there. It seems slow but if you gather enough gems, you can earn absolute loads every day. Same goes for seaweed (underwater helmet needed), cotton, any pickables can earn you a good sum if you have a lot of them.

Training Horses

If you are able to stick to your promise and NOT scam, this can earn you a lot of money. You can max horses in stat or train in experience and charge people for that service. HorseIsle does have rules about that, so be sure to read the detailed rules.

Selling horses/wild horses

You can try buying horses for as cheap as possible, then boosting their value a bit, and reselling. As well as capturing wilds and selling them (even if it is just to foreign bidder in auction). This can make you a lot of money!

Stocks

You can buy stocks at the Bank. Buy for as low a price as possible, then sell when they are much higher, getting you a whopping profit.

Ranch store

If you have a ranch, you can build stores to sell horses, pets, or items. They cost a hefty amount but if you sell the right stuff you can make a good profit over time!

Here's what I did:

- Leave whatever money you have in the bank and try not to visit it for a few days, keep doing this and soon you will have gained quite a bit of interest.

- Try and get a bargain, horses in auction sometimes sell for $1- $5k

- Travel the isles instead of using the docks/carriages. If you have a ranch the carriage comes in handy ;)

- When you are travelling make sure to pick up gems and useful items, you may even capture a few horses on your journey!

- When you have about $100k - $200k, try and get a cheap 90+ Uted horse and train it until it has about 1000exp. (Training pens come in handy!) Then sell it, you will find that people will pay a lot for a nice breed with good Ut's and lots of exp. :)

- Always remember not to be too greedy though, you can still be an awesome player without having lots of money! Don't get to wrapped up in the game, money isn't everything you know :)

well one way is that you can enter arena comps with your horse that you want to build up xp ( experience ) on and another way is by just riding around and wenever you get bucked off by your horse you earn 1xp every time that happens, so basically just be patient and some time or another you will get quite a lot of xp. :)

you can buy them off of other players or you can keep walking around all the isles intill you find a wild one then you can catch it

pick up gems from around the beaches if its HI1 but if its HI2 then its easiest to sell horses. basicly sell what ever you find on beaches ,forests and fields. Try and find pots of gold!
