I cannot give you all animals in the world. Currently scientists have named at least 2 million species of animal and it is predicted that at least 30 million exist in reality.

I will give an a-z effort (note the MASSIVE omissions this requires). Also, it would be easier to give a taxonomic overview. But, as the question requests a-z format, I am bound to respond so. I will not give Latin or species or genus names. The genus I will only give if it is impossible or unreasonable to come up with an English name. Whole Latin names are for species one may not have heard of before. The term 'ant' when found would encompass about 9000 species. The term 'cat' technically encompasses 38 species including 'big cats' like lions, snow leopards and cheetahs.
