The following:
Suicune, Raikou or Entei depending on your starter
Mewtwo in CERULEAN CAVE
Ho-oh and Lugia on EIGHT ISLAND
Deoxys on NINE ISLAND
Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno.
Moltres is in Mt. Ember.
Zapdos is in the Power Plant.
Articuno is in Seafoam Islands.
