These could be any number of normal bumps found in the vaginal area. But if they are itchy, scaly or sore when you urinate, it could be a sexually transmitted disease, such as vaginal warts or herpes. Until you are checked by a doctor, if you are sexually active, you should refrain from sexual contact. If you are uncomfortable going to your family physician, check to see if there is a free clinic in your area. Don't be embarrased or afraid: STD's are common and easily treated.
I would certainly hope that your boyfriend doesn't have vaginal lips! Hopefully the couple is practicing "safe sex." If a condom is used, it is possible that the woman is having an allergic reaction. Some people, men and women, are very sensitive/allergic to latex or lotions, creams, etc...
Nystatin is for a yeast infection (NOT sexually transmitted) but this does not usually cause little bumps. I suggest you go back to the doctor.
Vaginal bumps can happen if there is an STD present. It may also be due to an infection or razor burn.
Herpes
Maybe. Typically Bumps or Rashes, can occur from shaving or other benign activity. , but may be signs of infection from STD's.
IT sounds like ring worm... Not sure but I am not sexually active and I have had it many times. Go get some anti-fungal foot cream.
If you have bumps around your vaginal area going to a doctor would be the best things to do. It could be one of a few things, non of which would be pleasant.
Stridex if acne , if actual bumps (pseudofaliculitis barbae)-see a dermatologist..
