Cats with long fur (usually termed "Longhair") usually have fluffy tails. Some mixed breeds and some certain purebreeds are Longhaired, so going by fur alone is not a good indicator of breed.
Examples of longhaired breeds with very fluffy tails include: Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest Cat, Persian and Ragdoll. However, mixed breed cats can also have very fluffy tails also.
Fluffy animals that can be kept as pets include cats and rabbits.
Because cats don't like water they lick there tails to clean them.
There isn't really such thing, but if you buy a Ragdoll and keep it well groomed then it would be very fluffy, same goes with other long-hair cats.
all cats have tails to balance themselves, a bit like holding out your arms to balance
This is just me, but cats are nice because they are stoic and dignified. They are nice because they are so supple and soft. They are nice because they are always honest about their feelings. They are nice because they know what they want to do which isn't exactly what YOU want them to do.
Cats are fluffy because their fur keeps them warm.
