Melvin Sneedly, the school brainiac and tattletale, makes an invention called PATSY 2000, which turns pictures real. PATSY stands for Photo-Atomic Trans-Somgobulating yectofantriplutoniczanziptomiser. George and Harold use it accidentally to make a few copies of the new comic they made, called Captain Underpants and the Attack of the Talking Toilets, and it makes a whole army of talking toilets come to life. Captain Underpants and his friends, George and Harold, make the toilets eat cafeteria food to make them sick. Then, the Turbo Toilet 2000 comes and swallows Captain Underpants whole, so George and Harold have no choice but to make a Robo Plunger 2000 come to life using the PATSY 2000, which destroys the Turbo Toilet 2000 and repairs the school. George and Harold get to be Principals of the Day and give free Pizza, ice cream, a live DJ, and A's to everyone,
