The Fifth Amendment gives the people the right to remain silent, the Miranda warning, prevents self-incrimination, and the risk of double jeopardy, a person cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property, whithout due process of law, and the government cannot take a person't private property without paying a fair price for the property, and the person has the right to refuse the offer to buy the property. the main points of the 5th amendment are-

* no one can be convicted of a crime without being tried before a jury

* no one is allowed double jeopardy

* no one can be put on the stand to be a witness to themselves

* no ones private property can be taken without being payed for in return

(to protect people from being unfairly tried)
