there are no good pill suggestions. Listen hun whoever you are. pills wont help you be healthier. and that is the whole point of dieting so people can see how healthy and beautiful you are. no pill or shake can help you with that one. good, healthy balanced meals and exercising every day, now that is some good advice. i lost thirty pounds doing it. so believe it and deal with it. but most importantly love you're self for who you. there is no such thing as under weight or over weight. all there is is you're weight. plus weight is just he force of gravity pulling you to earth.. now why would be care about measuring that?

AnswerI spent $89 on Lipovarin.. didn't do squat! All the rave reviews by "fitness" people and consumers and yet NOT ONE pound. GRRR

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow.

I've tried almost any pills that you can think of and NONE OF THEM worked. About a month ago I started using the Slim Activ system and has done wonders for me, I personally love it and highly recommend it, it's a great way to lose pounds in easy, fast and most important safe way. This stuff really works, and you know the best part is that it doesn't cost a fortune. If you are as desperate as I was this is going to be a blessing.

Have you ever considered patch-method diets? I am the type of person that doesn't like taking pills. They seem too...concentrated for me. Anyways, I do have a suggestion. I have been on this product for about 4 months now, called the "apple patch diet". It looks like a really crappy infomercial-type product, and I only tried it because I got it free with something else. I ended up falling in love with the results! which are: energy increase, higher activity level, about 12 pounds lost, and a general healthier feeling. I apologize if it seems like I'm trying to sell it or something! I seriously am just a consumer myself. And best of luck to you whichever you decide!

Answer

Diet pills are substances which enhance your fat loss goals but not provide you your fat loss goals.

They increase your metabolism, suppress your appetite and stuffs like that. So if you stay strict on your diet you can do 90% great and for the 10% extra edge rely on fat burners. Hydroxycut hardcore is more promising than xenedrine

Diet pills are not a long term solution. While it's true that the FDA recently approved Alli for weight loss, no pill is a replacement for a healthy diet and regular exercise. If you do lose weight using a pill, you'll have to maintain your caloric intake and expenditure for LIFE, which involves remaining on a pill forever, or adopting a lifestyle of a healthy diet and regular exercise. There's no "easy" weight-loss solution.

The Atkins diet is popular among celebreties, but the foods allowed in the diet lack one very important thing: carbohydrates, which are the fuel for the body. And although initially the diet helps you to lose weight, it eventually plateaus into a steady weight.

Replace the fuel pump relay. I had this problem also, before I replaced it I wanted to look at it, and when I did, there was mud stuffed into it, I assume it was from bee's that use mud for nesting. I cleaned the dirt out and my fuel pump problem went away
