The biggest bin can be split into a number of things. Amount of storage , height and diameter.
As far as I know, there is one bin that wins two of the categories. It's a bin made by a company called Brock. It's 156 ft in diameter (across), 70 ft high at the peak and can hold op to 1.34 million bushel of grain. Another Brock bin that's only 132 ft across can be built as tall as 98 feet.
Grain is stored in what is called a Granary (also called Grainery or Grainary, depending on where you live). Grain is also stored in a Grain Elevator, a Silo, or a Grain Bin.

A grain storage building is called a silo, a grain bin, or a hopper.

A "silo" is normally used for the storage of fodder such as corn silage or haylage. However, if you meant the largest grain bin, the largest one I know of is in Arthur, Iowa, USA. It has a diameter of 135 feet, a peak height of 131 feet, and holds over 1.2 million bushels of grain corn. See the related link below.
