1)Coronary Heart Disease long term problems/effects-Unstable Angina,Heart Failure, and even leading to Heart Attacks, and maybe even death (depending on your condition and how you contribute to it).
2)Congenital Heart Disease long term problems/effects-(common in children)this occurs when something goes wrong at birth, (fetal tragedies) and you may need extensive care such as cardiac catheterization or cardiac surgery when/if you have heart disorders such as chronic severe cyanosis, (poor feeding) and as a child's form finally, is atrial septal defects.
