According to the website called scamdex, which is the email scam resource website, this is a scam. They say it's classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 type scam email.
There are many many entries for this type of scam.
I found pages and pages of complaints about Auction Listing Employment Agency, so it is best avoided.
