• To know anatomy, physiology, psychology, communication, support, and to never be afraid to care about another patient, regardless of how much it hurts to lose a patient
• To know when to laugh and when to cry; when to be strong and when to be vulnerable; know how to hold hope and resignation in the same hand and to still hold onto hope
