One major ceremony shared by Christians across the board is baptism. Depending on the denomination of their belief, other ceremonies may be dedication for new babies, taking communion, and old-fashioned foot washings, to name a few.
I probably cannot think of them all at the moment, but the two most major holidays are Christmas and Easter. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, our savior. Easter celebrates his Resurrection, after being crucified on the cross.
