He changed the world by almost completely finishing the western roman empire. This in effect caused alot of Romans to migrate and found new cities. Some of these cities became powerful hubs of Christianity. It is true he was responsible for helping out Christianity indirectly, but if he didn't die so early... he would've wiped it out completely.
