My friend is vegan. She got a cookbook that contains ONLY vegan cupcake recipes. They are awesome!!! and beautiful. She made some for various wedding showers and they were a hit with all palets. Just a quit stop at a bookstore or online should make it easy to find. And they were simple too!!
