NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE WESTERN AREA BRITISH JUDO ASSOCIATION
Will take place on Saturday 9th April 2011
At the Holiday Inn Taunton Junction 25 M5
There will be a Forum prior to the AGM, this will start at 1030 and conclude at 1215. There will be a break for lunch at this time, during the Forum there will be Tea/Coffee, biscuits available in the meeting. The AGM will commence at 1300 the AGM will conclude at 1500hrs.

1. Welcome by the Chairman
2. Apologies for absence
3. Minutes of the 2010 Annual General Meeting
4. Matters arising out of the minutes & not covered by the Agenda
5. Adoption of the Accounts
6. Appointment of Auditors
7. Chairman's Report
8. County Chairman's reports
9. Awarding of the Hayler Trophy
10. Consideration of Resolutions of which written notice has been received.
Representatives of the proposing and seconding clubs must be present at the Annual General Meeting for any proposal of which notice has been received as above to be considered. Club representatives, if other than the Chairperson or Secretary, must have a letter from the Club committee in writing.
Booking in for the AGM will commence at 1245hrs.
